Exchanges

We accept exchanges on any items that are in their original, unused, unopened, or unworn condition along with all packaging within 14 days of order delivery date.

If you decide to exchange an item to Casa Verde NYC, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, as well as any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package.
